Idof command

Mostly would be a developers command, but no reason not to have it. !idof entity (ID of)

Beymax iterates over users, roles, and channels, listing the ids of all entities with similar names

Ex: !idof Jroot which would return a listing of users, channels, as roles with names or nicknamed similar to Jroot
